CEO/President Sherry Hurst brings over 30 years of Legal experience to assist law firms and Legal departments with their recruiting needs. Sherry’s experience in various St. Louis law firms brings a unique insight and understanding of law firm culture.
Sherry holds a double Masters in Business and HR Development from Webster University. Her undergraduate studies in Business were completed at Concordia University. Her community out reach efforts are tireless.

Carrie has nearly 25 years of legal experience.
She offers an invaluable combination of legal knowledge and client service. Carrie spent ten years as an
award-winning legal recruiter by excelling at creating mutually beneficial relationships between legal professionals and employers.
She is a former board member of multiple legal organizations in St. Louis.
In Carrie’s time away from work she is dedicated to working with local senior citizens and volunteering at area food banks and shelters.
She also enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, reading, and especially cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels.
Carrie earned a B.A. from Truman State University and J.D. from
Arizona State University.
